Your editorial against any and all measures on the ballot only increases the perception of a right wing bias, even though you endorsed John Kerry for president.

You say that M33 "would authorize a system of legal marijuana growers."

Under current law there already exists a system of legal cannabis growers in the state; thousands of them by last count.  Many are struggling with the high cost of growing indoors with no compensation, and the threat of robbery, or harassment by the police.  There are also many skilled growers that have a background in helping patients long before the current law was passed.  They are already familiar with the strains that work well for patients.  In all likelihood, the total number of gardens throughout the state will be reduced.  Because of the size required, many likely to accommodate the garden would most likely be commercial property.
