Hello,
My name is Nick Ambriz.
During my college days, I
sold pot to pay my way
through. During this time in
my life, I used my deals and
the life style as subject
matter for drawings and
paintings. At the time, I
felt I should capture this
period in time in my
artwork. Back then, pot laws
made such activity risky not
to mention other dangers of
dealing marijuana. Now, over
30 years later, I would like
to share my work with
others. These days pot is
more widely used for
recreation and the more
accepted form, medicinal
treatment. It's now that
perhaps people should
reflect on the times that
brought pot from being used
in the shadows and dealings
in secret into the light of
day and helping many with
many afflictions.
I am writing to ask for help
with this. I'd like to sell
these captured moments in
time in an art gallery. Here
is a link to my
work - www.blues13fineart.com -
where there is a more
complete biography of my two
worlds; selling marijuana
and capturing that life in
my art.
Respectfully,

I want the doctors and the
