As of 07/13/2015 the OMMP is reviewing applications received between: June 5, 2015 through June 10, 2015 If your application was received by the OMMP during the above time period: Cards will be mailed within 7-10 business days for complete applications. If your application is incomplete you will receive a letter outlining what is needed to complete your application. What We Do The OMMP administers the registration program of the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act The Oregon Medical Marijuana Program is a state registry program within the Public Health Division, Oregon Health Authority. Our role is to administer the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act as approved by Oregon voters in November 1998. OMMP phone hours are currently 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
